I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.

I am inspired by development at all levels but especially the personal development of people. I am also inspired by any opportunities that allow me to develop my own abilities and talents. I am inspired by language, specifically how different cultures use language to communicate their culture to each other. I have tried to learn a new language myself (e.g. English) but have had little success. Although it is a challenge to learn a new language, I believe that language is the key to bringing others together despite differences. ( read more)
